In Egypt’s very high retention healthcare market. Individuals tend to stick to trusted hospitals they’ve always frequented.
Based on that, the solution is targeting private hospitals/healthcare providers. It is to create a seamless integration between providers and their patients.
During the user research’s first phase I conducted interviews with a diverse sample.
The sample included people from:
